The Northern Delta GSA held a Public Hearing at a Special Meeting on Friday, July 27, 2018 at 11:00 AM at the Walnut Grove Library. The public hearing was followed by a full Board Meeting.
The Northern Delta GSA has determined that it needs to adopt a fee to generate revenue to sustainably manage local groundwater resources. Property owners had the opportunity to comment on the proposal and submit written protests in opposition.
